In my decade-long freelance journalism career I have had the chance to explore a huge variety of topics but currently I am often found writing about women’s health, work culture and sustainable design. My work has been published by the BBC, Courier, Dazed, ELLE, Grazia, The Guardian, i-D, Refinery 29, Stylist, The Evening Standard, Glamour, The Times and Women's Health. In terms of editing and commissioning, I have previously held titles at Psychologies (Acting Wellness Director) and Oh Comely (Contributing Editor).

TRAVEL WRITING

I primarily focus on the country I call home and regularly write about Barcelona and places across Spain via destination guides and hotel round-ups for titles like Condé Nast Traveller, House & Garden, The Independent, National Geographic Traveller and Time Out.  I also regularly review hotels for Mr and Mrs Smith and i-Escape and retreats for The Global Retreat Company.

TREND REPORTING & COPYWRITING

I have over 8 years experience penning trend reports for forecasting agencies like Stylus and WGSN and working with publishers and brands on commercial projects. I regularly write sponsored pieces for News UK, Hearst and The Telegraph across features, lifestyle and travel topics and have written and consulted on brand editorial, e-mail newsletters, social media posts, website copy and print materials for businesses both big and small. Past clients include Matches Fashion, Pai Skincare, Small Luxury Hotels, Vueling and the Spanish Tourist Office.
